These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of proproductpage.com (the "Service"), an automated audit tool for product pages, operated by Excellent 14 LLC, trading as Paid Ai Search ("we"). By using the Service or buying an audit, you agree to these Terms.
Pro Product Page analyzes a product page you submit and produces an audit report covering AI visibility, on-page SEO, structured data, and competitors, along with suggested fixes. The report is informational and provided on a best-effort basis.
Audits are paid per use, in US dollars, processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Your audit runs after payment and once you submit your product URL and details.
You must have the right to request an audit of the URL you submit. You are responsible for the accuracy of the links and information you provide. We only audit publicly accessible pages.
AI-visibility results reflect the engines you select at the time of the audit. Because AI answers change over time and vary by engine, results are a point-in-time snapshot, not a guarantee of future rankings, recommendations, sales, or outcomes. On-page findings are read directly from your page and are factual as of the audit.
Fixes are suggestions. You decide whether and how to apply them to your store. We are not responsible for changes you make to your own website.
Plain-English summary. The first audit is free, so you only pay after you have seen the result. If an audit fails (the page is unreachable, blocks our reader, or our system errors out), we refund it. Completed audits are otherwise non-refundable because each one consumes third-party processing (Gemini / ChatGPT / Stripe fees) at the moment it runs.
Specifically, you can request a refund if:
What is not refundable: a completed audit you no longer want to use, dissatisfaction with the score or suggestions (the audit ran correctly; the changes are yours to apply), or any consequential outcome (sales, traffic, rankings).
How to request a refund. Email support@proproductpage.com with your Stripe receipt or report ID. We respond within 2 business days. Refunds go to the original payment method via Stripe.
Do not use the Service to audit pages you have no right to, to overload the system, or for any unlawful purpose.
The Service, its reports format, and content belong to Paid Ai Search. The fixes we generate for your page are yours to use on that page.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant audit. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We may update these Terms. The version posted when you buy applies to that purchase.
